Cody Cox
Beaver Creek Mental Health & Wellness

I’m a nutritional psychotherapist in Utah and Idaho and also a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (online). My philosophy stems from the work of Dr. Weston A. Price as I focus on food and lifestyle first, but I also do some testing and recommend bioindividual supplements. I most often guide people through ketogenic therapy for mental illness, but I’ve also supported clients through physical conditions. I have a special desire to help mothers through perinatal struggles, particularly when related to fertility and hormone balance. I also love to talk about blood sugar regulation, which is relevant to just about everyone, even if you don’t have diabetes.

I take insurance for psychotherapy (AKA counseling) only. That means we can talk about nutrition, but it needs to have a mental health focus. You must be in Utah or Idaho to use insurance.
Additional Information
I’m passionate about the idea that we should all be striving to be our own doctors. But to get there, we need to hire someone to guide us to a greater understanding of healthy eating and lifestyle.
